The people on the land
Always try to take
But the land could give no more

To the lightening in the spring

Stuck in the here and now

Like a ghost out on the tracks

To the waves upon the sand
As they wash away our memories
They also wash away your sins

So hold on to forever

And when you can’t remember
It is time to start again

And in another system
A boy lays in his bed
Trying to catch the feelings
That are running through his head

And he wonders if we’re out here
In another space and time
And if we will still be here
When he journeys out to find

Bleeding for a memory
